Job Description

• Diagnose windscreen repair requirements.

• Address customer complaints and warranty

• Cut and process flat laminated glass.

• Store and handle glass.

• Develop product knowledge of auto glazing and apply this knowledge to yourwork.

• Communicate with customers and take job orders.

• Apply environment and sustainability best practice in an automotive workplace.

• Apply safe working practices in accordance with OH & S procedures.

• Use and maintain company provided workplace tools and equipment, including motor vehicles.

• Handle and be responsible for any customer payments.

• Be part of regular staff meetings

• Effective communication with customers, including taking information from them in the form of instructions or requests, and also communicating job specific information to them on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience window fitting

• Certificate in auto glazing or similar

• Must be able to provide

- a current CV with experience in the role you are applying for

- identification

- copy of trade certificate or qualifications

- copy of valid payslips or bank account

- passport or birth certificate

- drivers licence

- evidence of employment

- any awards or certificates issued
