Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Preparation:
Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to determine material needs and construction methods
Calculate quantities and select appropriate timber/materials
Prepare detailed layouts and cutting plans
Fabrication & Assembly:
Measure, cut, and shape wood/materials to precise specifications
Pre-assemble structural components and fittings
Construction & Installation:
Build and erect structural frameworks (walls, roofs, floors)
Install sub-floors, flooring systems, and verify structural alignment
Attach exterior cladding, fascia boards, and roof sheathing
Fit door/window frames and prefabricated components
