Key Responsibilities:

  • Fault Diagnosis: Identify mechanical and electrical issues in engines and vehicle components.

  • Disassembly & Inspection: Remove and examine engine assemblies, transmissions, steering systems, and other parts for defects.

  • Repair & Replacement: Fix or replace damaged components, reassemble systems, and consult service manuals as required.

  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled services (oil changes, lubrication, tune-ups) to optimize performance and meet emissions standards.

  • Reassembly & Testing: Rebuild engines and components after repairs, then test and fine-tune for proper operation.

  • Computer Diagnostics: Use specialized software and tools to assess and troubleshoot vehicle systems.
